Existence and identity checks are free. Pay when you want quote verification and a Verification Record.
Coverage is strongest on federal-court opinions. State, unpublished, and Lexis/Westlaw cites may return “verify manually” — and any check we could not complete, including quota-short runs, never spends a credit.

How credits work
- One credit pays for one brief check: one document, within the limits above. Documents over the limits can be split, or contact us.
- A credit is held when the check starts and spent only if the check completes and finds citations; failed runs and documents with no citations release the hold. You see the counts for your document (citations and quotes found) on the finished report.
- We do not use a credit if we could not read your document, found no citations, or the check failed on our side.
- Paid checks include a verified Table of Authorities of every verified citation, in the browser report and the PDF. Only verified citations are listed; anything else is counted, not hidden.
- Credits expire 12 months after purchase and cannot be transferred.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid month.
Payment and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Orders are processed by our online reseller and merchant of record, Paddle, which handles payment, invoicing, taxes and refunds. We never receive your card number. See the Refund Policy.
