Yes, and the mechanism is checkable rather than promised. Posting requires a signed-in account: an email address verified by link or by Google. Each account holds exactly one review, enforced in the database, so no one can flood the wall — and updates replace the original in place, so a bait-and-switch edit history cannot hide behind volume either.

Publishing is immediate and the listing has no filter: there is no moderation queue, no featuring, no "helpful first" ranking, and no deletion path, so a 1-star review is as permanent and as prominent as a 5-star one. The average above is recomputed over every published row on each visit. If a review here were fabricated, it would still need a verified account behind it — and it would still sit beside the negative ones nobody removed.
