What a clean brief looks like to a checker

Most coverage of verification is about catching failures. This is the other side: real citations, correctly named, with a quoted passage copied verbatim -- and what thorough confirmation reads like.

A clean result is not a vibe; it is a row per citation, each with existence confirmed, identity matched, and -- where the brief quotes -- the passage matched against the opinion text. The demo brief cites Miccosukee Tribe v. United States, 516 F.3d 1235 (plus an Id.), with one quoted passage copied verbatim: two citations found, one quote found, every row verified.

Notice what the check does not do: it does not bless the brief's argument, does not confirm the authority is still good law, and does not replace reading the case. Clean means the cites resolve, nothing more, and the page says exactly that.

Run your own brief the same way: paste it on the verify page. The free check shows existence and identity before you pay for quote verification.

This check found 2 citations found, 1 quote found. Open the full worked verification.

Worked examples run against a fixture corpus for determinism; your checks run against the live public corpus. Attorney review required before any filing — see the User Agreement.
